- Senior Vice President, Foodservice & Hospitality Division. Assumed full P&L accountability for leading over half of the Foodservice and Hospitality Division, generating $2B+ in annual revenues. Led a multi-functional team of over 400 professionals located across 17 U.S. offices.
- Senior Vice President, Customer and Alliance Marketing. Directed the strategic development and creative execution of shopper marketing and promotional initiatives to build sales at 100+ U.S. retail customers, including WalMart, Kroger, Target, Disney, Regal Cinemas, Blockbuster, Compass and Delta Airlines. Led a team of 125 marketing and sales professionals.
- Group Vice President, Customer Marketing Group, a $2B+ business unit. Led the restructuring of the 300+ national retail sales organization, redefining accountabilities, redeploying resources, while building a differentiated and customer focused go-to-market strategy. Led organization of over 325 marketing and sales professionals.
- Vice President, Northeast. Assumed P&L responsibility for Fountain sales across the 12-state region, a $165MM business unit. Restored growth, revitalized customer relationships and rebuilt the leadership bench. Led organization of 145 sales, marketing and service associates.
Prior to Coca-Cola Bill led the $550MM Breyers Frozen Desserts portfolio at Kraft Foods as Group Brand Manager, and also worked in Marketing Management at Kimberly Clark.
Bill holds a MBA from Vanderbilt University and BA from The College of Wooster.
